A compact Mumbai store carved into a tight street-level shell — the brief was to keep the warmth of the brand at half the footprint.

Bespoke folding seating, a wall-hung condiment bar, and a service line tuned for peak rush. The site was active for nine weeks from mobilisation to handover.
Programme protected, trades sequenced, finishes detailed and snagged. The room was handed over with a complete close-out pack and a six-month inspection cadence.
