Two flagships for the country's most thoughtful organic grocer — built to feel less like a supermarket and more like a market hall.
02Approach
Site-built timber gondolas, brushed-steel produce stands, and a soft, layered lighting plan that flatters fresh produce without warming the cold-chain. Both stores delivered within a single mobilisation window.
Programme protected, trades sequenced, finishes detailed and snagged. The room was handed over with a complete close-out pack and a six-month inspection cadence.
