A research-and-development floor for a global software company, balancing private focus space with a generous open lab where teams could re-arrange the room around a problem.
02Approach
Demountable partitions, a fully integrated AV backbone, and a coordinated MEP rollout meant the floor could be reconfigured at the end of every quarter. Every cable run was sleeved and labelled to keep the future maintenance painless.
Programme protected, trades sequenced, finishes detailed and snagged. The room was handed over with a complete close-out pack and a six-month inspection cadence.
